We create homes and small public buildings that are prepared in the factory and assembled carefully on site, giving you the certainty of manufacturing precision with the freedom of architecture. You may choose panelized construction, where walls, floors and roof sections arrive as accurate building elements, or modular construction, where complete sections—already fitted with technical systems – are coupled on the foundation. In both cases the process stays calm because design, engineering and production follow one another closely, keeping on-site assembly short and predictable.
We deliver the building envelope in four performance levels that can be selected per project. The basic version provides a solid structural frame ready for the finishing approach you prefer. The optimal version adds thick insulation and an internal vapor control layer, which keeps the indoor climate comfortable throughout the year.
The passive version adds exterior insulation to retain heat in winter and reduce summer overheating. The super-passive version follows passive-house principles, resulting in very low heating demand and stable indoor temperatures. Exterior walls in the optimal-to-passive range achieve U-values around 0.20 to 0.10 W/m²K, and triple glazing completes the thermal and acoustic comfort.
Homes can be compact or expansive. Where appropriate, we apply the same methodology to care spaces, small learning environments or a practice room that needs to be operational quickly. Because the heavy work takes place in the factory and assembly is tightly scheduled, the surroundings experience little disturbance and you know exactly when each step occurs.
Our sequence remains the same for every project: we design together and define the choices, we manufacture the components and check their quality, we assemble on site, and we close with clear documentation. Energy performance arrives at A to A-plus by default with options toward near-passive. The structure carries a ten-year warranty and the installations two years, ensuring confidence long after completion.
